Building an All-Encompassing BI Proposition to Optimize Every Nook and Corner of a Healthcare Facility

NaphCare, Inc., a leading correctional healthcare company and innovator in correctional healthcare solutions, has officially announced the launch of a new integration, TechCare BI (Business Intelligence), which happens to be a comprehensive solutions suite focused on enhancing transparency, optimizing operations, and driving clinical excellence across correctional facilities.

According to certain reports, the stated integration is available in TechCare 5.0, where it provides real-time, self-service access of critical data so to help medical professionals and administrators make informed decisions more quickly and efficiently than ever before.

More on the same would reveal how TechCare BI dashboards arrive on the scene bearing an ability to integrate seamlessly, while simultaneously remaining fully customizable to meet the unique needs of each corrections agency.

Talk about the whole value proposition on a slightly deeper level, we begin from the availability of an Intake Compliance Dashboard. The stated dashboard makes it possible for users to monitor and manage compliance with intake screening protocols, ensuring timely, consistent care from the moment a patient enters the facility.

Next up, we have a Detox Dashboard coming into play. This one basically allows you to track detoxification processes, patient statuses, and risk indicators, all for the purpose of supporting safe and effective withdrawal management.

Another detail worth a mention is rooted in TechCare BI’s Pharmacy Active Orders Dashboard, an avenue that achieves visibility into all active medication orders to enhance pharmacy coordination, reduce errors, and support timely medication administration.

Joining the mix after that would be an all-new Completed Sick Calls Dashboard, which is tasked with analyzing response times, provider trends, and patient outcomes to improve sick call efficiency and effectiveness.

Then, there is a Monthly Health Services Request (HSR) Dashboard, designed to bring forth the necessary means for evaluating trends in patient requests to support better resource planning, patient engagement, and early issue detection.

Hold on, we still have a few bits left to unpack, considering we haven’t yet touched upon a Daily HSR Dashboard. This one, like the name might suggest, revolves around monitoring daily HSRs in real time to quickly identify, and at the same time, address issues before they escalate.

We also haven’t touched upon an Offsite Reporting Self-Service Dashboard, which is designed to empower users in the context of self-generating reports related to hospital and specialty care services. The idea behind such a mechanism stems from improving transparency, and reducing administrative burden.

Rounding up highlights would be a NaphCare University Compliance Dashboard, where users can effectively track staff training completion and compliance with continuing education requirements through NaphCare University.

“Our mission has always been to provide proactive, technology-driven care,” said Charlie Barranco, Chief Information Officer at NaphCare. “The TechCare BI suite exemplifies that commitment by giving our partners actionable insights to improve patient outcomes, streamline compliance, maximize efficiency, as well as promote greater transparency and accountability across the care continuum.”
